Strongest radio flare of Ton 599 for the second year in a row

In February 2023 we reported the historical high flux density level of the flat-spectrum radio quasar Ton 599 (4C +29.45) at 1.2-36.8 GHz (ATel #15894). Now we detect even stronger flare in radio band, which follows the recent optical brightening (ATel #16663) and our earlier report on intensifying of the activity in radio band and developing multi-band flare in March 2024 (ATel #16557).
